Most people who write to me are weighing something up. Whether to grow, whether to hold, whether the way they've been working is the way they want to keep working. You don't need a tidy question, and you don't need to have worked out what you want first.

If it's about the mentoring, it helps if you tell me three things: where the business is now, what you're weighing up, and what you'd like to be different. Three sentences is plenty.
